Under Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), any partial payment is non-refundable and irrevocable.

Section 20 – Navgrahh Cash

These Terms govern the issuance, use, and management of Navgrahh Cash (Gold and Silver) on the Navgrahh.in platform. By using Navgrahh Cash, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

  • Gold Cash: Issued for refunds, fully usable (100%) with no expiration.
  • Silver Cash: Issued via cashbacks or promotions, usable up to 50% of order value, with an expiration date.
  • Upcoming/Pending Cash: Locked Silver Cash credited only after a specific date.

Navgrahh Cash is not legal tender, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

2. Issuance of Navgrahh Cash

Navgrahh Cash is issued at our discretion for returns, exchanges, RTO, and promotions. Gold Cash is used for refunds of returned products, while Silver Cash may be issued via promotions.

3. Using Your Navgrahh Cash

  • Gold Cash can pay 100% of order value.
  • Silver Cash can pay up to 50% of order value.
  • The system applies Silver Cash first, then Gold Cash. Remaining amounts must be paid with accepted payment methods.
  • Deduction priority is based on the nearest expiration date first.

4. Expiration

  • Gold Cash: Valid indefinitely.
  • Silver Cash: Expires 30 days after issuance or unlocking.
  • Notification will be sent via email/SMS/App prior to expiration.
